I am Nayan Jambhulkar, a qualified dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Advanced Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. I completed my internship at Meditrina Hospital and worked for one year as a Clinical Dietitian at Kalpavruksha. Later, I moved to Japan for further studies and worked there for more than three years.

During my time in Japan, I closely observed and studied the dietary habits and lifestyle that contribute to the country’s long life expectancy.
